Paul Holmes

My name is Paul Holmes. I live in Oxfordshire, England.  I am the managing director of my own business, Peak Performance Partnership Ltd. We help scientists, engineers and other technical experts to be successful as leaders and managers in business and public services.

I took the TSI Basic 101 course beginning in October 2004, after hearing about it from Gavin Allinson, and I have gone on to 201 and 301, which I complete in May 2005.  My coaches have been Cliff Stockamp, Laurel Stockamp and Gavin Allinson. At first I felt sceptical but now I want to tell you what has happened in my life as a result of taking the course.

Physically: My health and fitness have improved. I am progressing towards my ideal weight, and have already lost 15kg. I feel and look better than I have in the past fifteen or twenty years.

Family: I am maintaining excellent relationships with my two adult daughters.

Socially: I am growing a strong network of social, community and business contacts. I have taken on a leading role in my local business community, but I have also learnt to say, ‘no’ when I choose, to delegate responsibility to others, and to say hard things that need to be said, in a friendly and constructive way, when it’s right to do so.

Career: My small business is growing in new and exciting directions, not least with the addition of a TSI seminar to our portfolio! While working with TSI we have generated new business that will be worth many thousands of pounds. This is solid, long term growth.

Financially: My formerly chaotic financial affairs are now under control. I am tapping into new sources of income as a result of my involvement with TSI.

I feel so strongly about TSI and their coaching courses that I would recommend them equally to high achievers who want to maintain their growth and to aspirants who want to grow, starting at ground level. This is the only coaching company or programme I know that insists on results with every client, no matter at what level they start.

The coaches I had were extraordinarily perceptive and unremittingly challenging. They simply did not allow an option of no results.
