Everything begins as an idea. Everything ends with a result.

Every successful or unsuccessful individual, business, organization, policy, administration, family, team etc. is built upon a shared hierarchical collection of ideas and values about what is true, right and important.

Ultimately, the success or lack of success of any person or organized structure can be observed in their results.  You can and will always be able to judge a tree by its fruit and the fruit never lies. It’s not a complicated formula but one that is often forgotten or obscured behind clever assessments, factual distortions and excuses or self created fictions.  Our past reflects all of our choices and either those choices advance us, or they move us backwards.  Improving one’s life or organization requires completely accurate information and rational application of proven strategies over time. 

Total Success Institute is a powerful and unique Coaching and Training company that was created to help every single client become more successful in their measured results.  WE do this by helping each individual and or person in the team or organization develop and apply powerful, personal leadership skills that will be able positively improve their results based on six proven Total Success Values.  Application of these Total Success Values enables our clients to be successful in every relationship and face of their life:   Business or Career, in their Family life, in the Financial Life, in their Social Life and in their Physical Life. 

For us, success isn’t success unless it is Total Success e.g. success in each area of a person’s life.  Many businesses, organizations, leaders and employees fail for “personal reasons” as if somehow there is a “personal” side to each of us that exists separate from the “business” side of us.  That is a failed concept.  This fallacy of reason costs billions, perhaps trillions of dollars each year to both the employers and employees.  The solution is quite simple:  Develop truly high functioning individual leaders who are well balanced in every area of their life and who can contribute more to their company, family and community.  And we know how to do it and are doing.

Let me be clearer.

We all know of people who have thrived in their careers or business but have done it at the cost of their family relationships. That is not success.

We all know people who have sacrificed their health for some noble cause--that is not success.

We all know people who have sculpted a great body but have little financial resources--that is not success.

We all know people who have made money their god at the cost of good friendships-- that is not success.

We all know people who have a large network of friends but who go to unfulfilling jobs every day--that is not success.

There are many permutations and combinations of this success/non-success cycle.  As human beings, what we don’t do, or what we neglect becomes the source of our undoing. 

Imagine being in an environment that requires you to grow in each area of your life so that you can be much more effective, powerful, and influential as a human being.
