 INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Plan on taking about 10-15 minutes to complete the entire Total Success Test™.  (And it’s worth it!).
2. You will need to complete the entire Total Success Test™ in order to get your Total Success Test Scores emailed to you.
3. Your answers and scores are ONLY sent to you and are NOT viewed by us nor kept in our database for any reason.
4. You’ll need to fill out the form below to access the Total Success Test™ page and to have your results emailed to you privately.
5. Just be willing to be completely honest.

* Note: If you do not get your scores emailed to you then it may be because: 1. Your email address was not correct  2.  Your spam or junk mail filter captured the email  3. Your internet service disconnected or timed out.   Because we do not keep your scores we cannot email them to you and you will need to complete the test again or check your spam or junk mail filter box.
