Q: What is Total Success Coaching™?
Total Success Coaching™ (TSC) is a very powerful and exciting new genre of Life and Career Coaching that does exactly what it says: Helps You Become Totally Successful in each of the 5 Areas of your life at the exact same time. TSC takes a Whole Human Approach (see our logo url) and requires clients to develop, grow and advance i.e. become “Successful” Physically, Financially, Socially, Career/Business and Family.
Q: How is it different than other Coaching?
First and foremost we focus on the only thing that matters: Your Results. Success is predictable, measurable and quantifiable. Our clients know that when they engage with us, that we are going to require Results and progress because it is our reputation that is at stake as well as your life. It’s easy to tell if your income is growing, your career is progressing, your business is growing, your health and relationship are growing. It’s easy to tell if they are not. We tell the truth. Be ready to hear it and to experience it.
Q: There is so much Hype and Misinformation in the world of Coaching, how can I believe you?
Yes this industry is new and there are over 125 coach training programs kicking out “Certified Coaches”—whatever that means—by the thousands. Anyone can become a “Certified Coach” if you pay the money, and take the courses. Very few coaches have any real paying clients (less than 3% based on research). We believe the Market doesn’t lie. Businesses fail or succeed based on Value Delivered and Received. We do not “Certify” any of our Coaches. We “Qualify” them. They have to get results for the clients or they don’t coach with us. Secondly, we have literally thousands of testimonies from Real, Live Clients who have gotten life changing results and we encourage you to read, listen and even contact them.

Q: What exactly makes you different?
We use Reality Based Coaching™ and not Emotional Based Coaching. We look at what IS and through Socratic Reasoning and Common Sense; we identify Problems, Create Real World Action Plans to Form Solutions. We then we Support, Encourage, Hold Accountable and Challenge Clients to GET GOING and ACT to achieve their stated goals. Intention and Awareness is way overrated. These 4 steps are essential for changing human behavior. No dust collecting books, journals and “Ah Ha” moments with us. Just pure, honest, exciting growth.
Q: But how is that different?
We completely reject the fabled notion that changing your “Thinking” and the “Subconscious” changes your life. We know from experience that only our ACTIONS change our lives and our personal Universe. We know that changing our Results changes our thinking. The mind is Forced to adjust to a new reality. Our point of Entry is Action and Results. Isn’t that true in life? Nature doesn’t “Think about growing trees, raining, snowing” it simply Does it! If you like Dr. Phil, you’re going to love us!
Q: What Technology or Model do you use?
TSC utilizes a powerful effective Total Success Technology™ (TST) developed by the Founder Cliff Stockamp who is considered by many to be a Genius and Original Thinker. He has integrated many technologies from his diverse base of experience and studies and synthesized a very simple and cogent approach that not only makes sense, but it works. Results don’t lie! It’s not always comfortable—but it is powerfully effective. TST It has been called by many “the most amazing and remarkable approach to human change ever developed.” It is not simply Evolutionary, it is Revolutionary.
Q: How does it work?
TST is able to identify destructive, self sabotaging patterns within human behavior no matter what level a person is operating at. We help you locate your “Ceiling” and then help you Shatter it with ACTION and no nonsense, logical, non-mystical personalized steps. We work to solve the “Cause of the Problem” and not just simply solve the symptom of the problem and make you a co-dependent client like so many therapists and coaches try to do. We work from both the Inside (Self Perception) and the Outside (Results) of clients. We want you healthy, independent and high functioning. We do NOT want you depending on us for “Your Answers”. You are your own resource. We help you discover your own creative genius and then use it. We don’t do guru!
Q: What’s powerful about that?

Q: Why Do I even need a TSC Coach or any Coach?
Because all Successful people have them and have always had them. All great leaders have had mentors. All great athletes have Coaches. Great Coaches don’t necessarily tell you what you don’t know, they get you to DO what you already KNOW you should be doing but have been procrastinating doing—sometimes for a lifetime. TSC pushes you to achieve. You may not always like what you hear, but you’ll like how you feel when you achieve your goals.
Q: What format do your courses take?
There are two different ways to experience Total Success Coaching™. You can work with a highly experienced and Qualified Total Success Coach™ on a one-on-one basis for a minimum of 10 weeks. This is more of an executive type coaching and is highly personalized and driven strictly by each client’s situation and objectives.

You can take advantage of Total Success Coaching™ and it’s incredible action-oriented-results approach by signing up for one of our Industry First MicroGroup Coaching™ TSC Basic 101 7 Week, TSC Intermediate 201 10 Weeks, TSC Advanced 301 13 Week Course. This highly effective and less expensive approach to Coaching, utilizes each client as a resource in a true mastermind function which forces collaboration, synergy and expansion as a Group and as individuals within the group. Total Success MicroGroup Coaching™, a name and format coined by the Founder Cliff Stockamp uses a highly interactive, effectively powerful delivery system and limits each class to 6 participants. There is no hiding in this environment. In any given Class there will be clients from several countries creating a true environment rich with diversity and opportunity to learn from people all over the world. We are truly rebuilding community at Total Success Institute.
