Get notes also on the overall class, lessons learned, and client’s who Stepped Up and deserve recognition for their achievements as well as areas to focus on for continued improvement. This Creates a Dialogue vs. a Monologue.
   
3. Personal Email Responses from Your Coach throughout the course.
