Ryland Musick

My name is Ryland Musick and I live in Tallahassee, Florida, USA. I am a 54 year old Senior Manager with a well known MLM company. I do leadership development and training for this high tech manufacturing company. - teaching, coaching and recruiting. I love the lifestyle this network marketing business allows me.

I started the TSI 101 Beginning Course in October, 2004. My wife of 28 years and I had decided to divorce. I continued with the 201 Course and I am now (June, 2005) beginning the 301 Course. I was referred to TSI by two very good friends, Roy White and Josh Perri. My coaches for 101 were Cliff Stockamp, Gavin Allinson and Joyce Porter, and for 201 & 301, Cliff and Gavin. At first I felt apprehensive and hesitant about the course but now I want to tell you what has happened in my life as a result of taking these courses.

Physically: I've improved my physical condition as a result of regular activity and workouts.

Family: I've improved my relationship with my son, Palmer. We had a very strained and competitive relationship but now we communicate openly, enjoy being around each other and socialize regularly. I'm also helping advise him with his business ventures.

Socially: I've begun to date and socalize. After 30 years with the same woman, this was a scary thing for me. I've joined a Toastmasters club that I enjoy very much, I've begun meeting new people and have increased my social interaction with old friends.

Career: I've found my last career with my present company. I love the lifestyle this allows me - the freedom and flexibility. I love having my own business and not having to report to someone else. When I began the TSI 101 course, I was frustrated, depressed and thinking of doing something else since this business involves working with people, helping them figure out what they want and getting it. TSI has helped revive my enthusiasm and recharge my attitude.

Financially: I've refocused on my career since I began with TSI and my Team and I are consistently hitting our goals and having strong results with my company. One of my goals is to earn a consistent 5 figure monthly income by 12/31/05 and I'm well on my way to that.

I'm very grateful to Cliff and the TSI staff for helping me and many members of my team transform our lives. We've begun to take action rather than living with excuses about why we've underachieved - taking control rather than allowing ourselves to be victims. This Life Coaching Course fits perfectly with our company philosophy and I'm so grateful to have found it.

Although my wife and I were not able to reconcile, we've ended our 30 year relationship as friends and will remain business partners in several real estate investments. I'm grateful for the tools I gained in TSI that helped me salvage this friendship. I'm excited about the future. I know now that I'd been living my life in a box, coasting and underachieving.

It's exciting to know that there really are no limits to what we can achieve. TSI coaches Cliff, Gavin & Joyce were extremely skilled in way they worked with me and the other class members. I feel so strongly about TSI and their coaching courses that I have invited Cliff to speak to my Team on our Team Calls and many members are transforming their lives as a result of their participation with TSI. This is an action oriented coaching approach and every one of my referrals and team members has achieved positive results in their lives as a result of TSI. I am a committed advocate for TSI.
